Book carefree and without worries
Especially in a time full of uncertainties, it is good if you can make decisions with the greatest possible flexibility.
This also applies to a hotel booking. This should not unnecessarily burden you with all sorts of restrictions, because our goal is your carefree anticipation of a holiday with us.
Therefore, we have considered the following three points in order to be able to guarantee you this anticipation.

1. The Price
Much will be different from what one is accustomed to from previous vacations. Some things, such as the recommendation to wear a mouth-nose-protection and to keep distance, is well known.
There may be other things to come.
This limits the holiday pleasure of course a little. Here we want to make a contribution to compensation. For the coming weeks and months we offer unit prices per room category, no matter how long you want to stay or which days of the week you prefer. Keep it simple.
2. Cancellation, Rebooking and Deposit
No one can really predict what will happen in two or three months. Perhaps it will be necessary to postpone or cancel the holiday at short notice.
Therefore, we reduce our cancellation deadline to 48 hours prior to arrival (calculated from 6:00 p. m. on the day of arrival). Rebookings are possible free of charge until the day of arrival, provided that the new date of travel is up to the 18th. October 2020 (last check out) falls.
In addition, we want to take away the worry that there will be problems with the repayment of down payments in the event of a cancellation. No advance payments are required for summer and autumn bookings in 2020.
3. Your health is important to us
We will prepare ourselves intensively for the new challenges until the reopening. How can we integrate all the necessary measures to ensure your health in the day-to-day operations of the hotel without unduly affecting your holiday enjoyment?
We plan training courses for our employees regarding disinfection routines, the creation of workflows adapted to the new requirements with regard to distance regulations and an effective communication of recommendations for action to our guests.
After many weeks of being disciplined at home, it is now time to reward ourselves and think of a few days of rest as a "break from home." We want to make your decision easier with this program.
These conditions apply to all bookings for a travel period between 29. May (first check-in) and 18. October 2020 (last check out).
