Dear friends and guests,
The world has changed, and with our mouths open, we sit in front of the news, and it's hard to believe that what was possible weeks ago has a firm grip on all of us.
But something new will emerge from this, which may lead us closer to each other. Things that seemed so important to all of us will recede into the background and values such as humanity, solidarity and contentment could regain the status they deserve. We trust that this hope is inherent in many people and grows day by day.
The time to travel and treat yourself to a reward for living confidence now and protecting your fellow human beings will come again. We're sure of that. Let's look forward to it together. But now it's "stay home."

When will the hotel be reopened?
In a press conference of the ministers on 28 April, information was provided on the further course of the planned opening of restaurants and hotels.

Accordingly, hotels from the 29th of May can be reopened for guests. The prerequisite, of course, will be that the number of infections does not rise again. We are therefore planning our reopening at 29. May 2020 (first check-in).
Can anyone be reached at the hotel while it is closed?
We currently have to keep the hotel closed for guests. Nevertheless, we are still available to our guests for questions or requests personally. By telephone we are from
Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 12:00
reachable. In addition, our guests can send us a message by e-mail. However, we ask for your understanding that there may be a slight delay in replying, as the office is now only partially occupied.
What happens to a booking already made for the summer?
Generally, it can be said that all bookings with a check in date before the 29th. May 2020 are cancelled by us free of charge. Deposits that have already been made will either be refunded by us or i you wish we will be a credit for a holiday at a later date (by December 2021 at the latest).
Bookings with a stay from June 2020 remain valid. If guests are considering cancelling their holiday or making a rebooking due to the insecure situation, it makes sense to contact us directly via email. We will then be happy to inform you about further steps.
When can I book for the coming months?
Bookings are possible at any time and expressly requested.
In a time of uncertainty, it is more important than ever to provide security. Therefore, we would like to relieve our potential guests of their worries and fears about cancellations and related costs for summer bookings and offer them our three-point programme for carefree bookings for all new reservations with a stay until mid-October 2020.

What restrictions are to be expected when staying at the hotel?
Basically, we assume that wearing a mouth/nose protection will be mandatory in the public areas of the hotel.
Our hotel team is currently being informed in training courses about the special requirements regarding the cleaning and disinfection of exposed furnishings.
In the hotel there will be fixed stations in several places, which will allow guests to disinfect their hands as often as possible. Especially in the breakfast area and at the entrances to the elevator.
Furthermore, we plan that breakfast is served to the room at the request of the guests. However, if they prefer the breakfast room, the seating arrangement ensures that a minimum distance of 1. 5 metres is maintained.
