> What time is breakfast open until?
The extensive buffet breakfast and à la carte breakfast menu are available to our guests each day between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
> Are there smoking areas in the hotel?
Lederer`s Living is a strictly smoke-free establishment. However, you are permitted to smoke in all outdoor areas, i.e. on the balconies and terraces.
> What time can I check into my hotel room?
Provided it is unoccupied and clean, you can check into your room as soon as you arrive. At the very latest, your room will be ready for you at 2:00 p.m. In the meantime, it would be our pleasure to take care of your luggage for you.
> Is it possible to check in after 8 p.m.?
Yes, late arrival is possible; we only ask that you let us know beforehand.
> By what time do I need to vacate my room on the day of my departure?
Strictly speaking, we request that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. At your request and subject to availability, we can arrange a “Late Check Out” at an extra fee of 25€ per room. Please ask for information in advance at reception.
> Can I bring my pet along with me?
It would be our pleasure to host you and your small pet. Please let us know when making your booking under the “additional guest” option. A cleaning surcharge of 15€ is applied for each stay.
> When and how do I pay for my stay?
We do not require a deposit at the point of booking. However, we request your credit card details so that we can secure your booking. No charges will be made on the card initially. Your bill will be calculated at the point of departure – you can then pay with cash, with EFTPOS or with your credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
> At what point is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation notice. Booking enquiries at LEDERER’s Living are non-binding and DO NOT count as confirmed reservations.
> Can I cancel my stay?
Cancellation is free of charge provided you notify us in writing at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, after that we charge you 50% of the arrangement price to cover our expenses. Therefore, we suggest that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If the booked stay does not take place – without our prior notice – then we reserve the right to charge the full amount to your credit card.
> What happens if I arrive late or depart early?
In the case of a delayed arrival or an early departure, we must charge you the sum of the entire booked stay in order to cover our expenses.
