Although we are eager to abide by our philosophy of uncomplicated contact with our guests – or perhaps for exactly this reason – there are a couple of things we insist upon:

LEDERER‘s Living is a non-smoking hotel. We request that our guests keep this in mind and smoke only on our terraces and balconies.

Guests are welcome to move into the room as soon as they arrive, provided the room is unoccupied and prepared for a new guest. We can advise one day prior to your arrival whether this will be the case. We can take care of your luggage for you until it is time to check in. Guests will definitely be able to enter the room at the very latest by 2:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m.

Of course, our team also needs time to prepare the rooms for a new guest after the previous occupant has vacated. Therefore, we request that our guests please vacate their rooms by 12:00 noon on the day of their departure. If the room is not needed right away following a guest’s departure then a later check out can be arranged until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure. We charge a small fee of €25 per room for this convenience.

Small pets are welcome. However, we ask that you please notify us that your pet will be accompanying you when making your booking. A one-off cleaning surcharge of €15 will be added to your bill. Your booking is confirmed when you have received a booking confirmation. Enquiries at LEDERER’s Living are always non-binding and do not qualify as confirmed bookings.

We do not require a deposit for the booking; however, we do take your credit card details as your confirmation in order to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be charged.

First service, then return service: We wait until the end of your stay to calculate your bill. You can pay for your stay with cash, using EFTPOS or with your credit card. We are pleased to accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

We spare both you and ourselves the hassle of longer cancelled travel notification deadlines and hope for mutual trust by doing so. However, if you are still forced to cancel your scheduled holiday at LEDERER’s Living (please always notify us in writing), we must cover our expenses by charging you 50% of the total price of the booking. Therefore, we advise organising a travel insurance policy.

We thank you for understanding that in order to cover our expenses we have no choice but to charge you for the entire booking even if you arrive late or leave early.

If the scheduled stay does not take place, and we are not notified beforehand, we will charge the credit card with the entire sum of the booked arrangement.
