We affectionately refer to our guest rooms as our bedrooms – because in our hotel our guests should feel right at home. They are a retreat, providing comfort with that extra touch of class, but above all they are cosy.

If you love having a lot of space, our hotel apartments are perfect for you. In the fully equipped holiday flat, self-sufficiency of the finest kind is guaranteed.

A comfortable living room with sofa bed, a modern kitchen and 2 sleeping rooms provide enough space for 4-6 people. Of course, these rooms are also equipped with all the standard conveniences provided by Lederer’s Living. At your request, participation in the breakfast buffet can be booked additionally.

The booking of apartments is availale at a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The prices (incl. VAT) ar per day and apartment (breakfast additional at a price of € 10.00 per day/per person) including use of the in-house sauna, parking space, free access to the internet, free access to the TAUERN SPA Kaprun and cleaing.

• All apartments are fully equipped.
• A visitors fee of € 1.10 (for guests over 15) per person per day will be added to the bill.
• Small pets are welcome. For the cleaning costs we add a one-off surcharge of € 15.00.
